In paragraph 48(2) of Part 4 of the Schedule to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001f1, at the end insert—

“(g)

a housing association within the meaning of Part 2 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992f2.”.
