Article 89P Claims management activity conducted by a person appointed by a statutory or other public bodyF1

There is excluded from articles 89G to 89M any activity carried on by—

(a)

any person established or appointed by virtue of an enactment;

(b)

an Independent Complaints Reviewer; or

(c)

an Independent Case Examiner

in the course of carrying out that individual’s duties.
