Section 116 Application for FMI administration orderI1
(1)
An application for an FMI administration order may be made to the court by the Bank of England.
(2)
An application must nominate a person to be appointed as the FMI administrator.
(3)
The infrastructure company must be given notice of an application, in accordance with rules under section 411 of the 1986 Act (as applied in relation to FMI administration).
