Section 95 Disclosure of information by Bank to RegulatorI1

In section 246 of the Banking Act 2009 (information), in subsection (2), after paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca)

the Payment Systems Regulator (established under section 40 of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013);”.
