Regulation 9 Amendments to the Fines Collection Regulations 2004

Amend regulation 9 (another step available against defaulters) as follows.

In paragraph (2) sub-paragraphs (a) and (b)—

(i)

for “paragraph” substitute “subsection”; and

(ii)

for “justices' chief executive” substitute “designated officer”.

(3)

Omit sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (2).
