Regulation 2 Amendment of the Fines (Deductions from Income Support) Regulations 1992
The Fines (Deductions from Income Support) Regulations 1992f1 are amended as follows—
(a)
in regulation 1(2) in the definition of “application” omit “in the form and”;
(b)
in regulation 3(1) omit “shall be made in the form set out in Schedule 3, or a form to like effect, and”; and
(c)
omit Schedule 3 to the Regulations.
