Article 41 Royal Parks and Other Open Spaces Regulations 1997

In regulation 6 of the Royal Parks and Other Open Spaces Regulations 1997^f1 (exemptions from certain regulations), after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A)

In relation to England, the reference to a member of a fire brigade in paragraph (1) is a reference to an employee of a fire and rescue authority.”.
