In paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 to the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Approval of Independent Schools) Regulations 1994^f1 (further requirements to be complied with while approval is in force)—

(a)

for the words “fire authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority” in both places where they occur; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (1) for the words “section 1(1)(f) of the Fire Services Act 1947” substitute “section 6(2)(b) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004”.
