In section 30 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1969 (savings), for paragraph (ii) substitute—

“(ii)

any rights or functions exercisable by the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority as the fire and rescue authority, or by any fire-fighters in their employment, in relation to any building, premises, way or place.”
