In section 32(2) of the Water Resources Act 1991 (rights to abstract)—

(a)

in paragraph (a), for the words from “fire-fighting” to “1947)” substitute “ extinguishing fires or protecting life and property in the event of fire ”;

(b)

in paragraph (b), after “used for” insert “ either of ”.
