FIRE PRECAUTIONS
Made 18th August 1994
Laid before Parliament 26th August 1994
Coming into force 1st January 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 12(1), (3) and (4), 37(2) and (3) and 40(1) of the Fire Precautions Act 1971f1, and having consulted with such persons and bodies of persons as appear to me requisite, I hereby make the following Regulations:
