These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.
(2)
These Regulations come into force on 23rd January 2023.
(3)
These Regulations extend to England and Wales but apply in England only.
(4)
These Regulations do not apply in relation to domestic premises within the House of Commons or the House of Lords or to military premises.
