(1)

SFRS may regulate—

(a)

its own procedure (including quorum), and

(b)

the procedure (including quorum) of its committees and sub-committees.

(2)

The validity of any proceedings or acts of SFRS is not affected by any—

(a)

vacancy in its membership,

(b)

defect in the appointment of a member,

(c)

disqualification of a person as a member after appointment.
