Paragraph 12 F1
SFRS must try to ensure that each of its members, when acting in the capacity of member—
(a)
acts consistently with any principle of good governance which appears to SFRS to constitute best practice, and
(b)
acts in a way which is as accountable and transparent as is reasonably practicable.
