In paragraph 2 of schedule 1 to the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (tenancies which are not Scottish secure tenancies)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (b), for the words from “a” where it first occurs to “(c.41)” substitute “ an employee of a relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5)) ”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c), for “fire brigade” substitute “ authority ”.
