Section 51 Prohibition on employment of police

F1SFRS may not employ a constable F2(other than a special constable appointed under section 9 of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 8)) for the purpose of carrying out any of the functions conferred on F3it by virtue of this Act.
