Rule 7 Amendment to the Firearms Rules 1998
In rule 9 (other permits), for paragraph (2), substitute—
“(2)A permit issued under section 9(2) of the principal Act (permit for auctioneers) shall be in the form set out in Part III of Schedule 4.”
In rule 9 (other permits), for paragraph (2), substitute—
“(2)A permit issued under section 9(2) of the principal Act (permit for auctioneers) shall be in the form set out in Part III of Schedule 4.”
