Part 8 is amended as follows.

In rule 1 (interpretation) omit—

  • “IQMP” (“YMCA”) means independent qualified medical practitioner; and”.

(3)

In rule 5 (appeals on other issues), for “the Occupational Pension Schemes (Internal Dispute Resolution Procedures) Regulations 1996” substitute “the Occupational Pension Schemes (Internal Dispute Resolution Procedures Consequential and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2008”.
