The title of this Order is the Firefighters' Pension Scheme (Wales) Order 2007.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 29 March 2007, and has effect from 6 April 2006.

Part 13 of Schedule 1 comes into force on 1 April 2007.

This Order applies in relation to Wales.
