Article 2 Citation and commencement
Insofar as it relates to proceedings under Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003f1, article 5 comes into force on the day on which, and immediately after, section 4 of and Schedule 1 to the Digital Economy Act 2017f2 come into force.
