Article 4 Fees payableI1

F1Applications in respect of which fees are payable in accordance with the provisions of this Order are listed in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order.

F2The application fee due is set out in column 2 of that Schedule.

Where an application is made under two or more provisions, the application fee payable is the highest application fee that would have been payable if a separate application had been made under each of the provisions.

The hearing fee due is set out in column 3 of that Schedule.

Where two or more applications are joined for the purposes of a single hearing, the hearing fee payable is the highest hearing fee that would be payable if a separate hearing were held for each of the applications.

F4Any application fee payable is due at the same time as the application is made.

F5Any hearing fee payable is due within 14 days of an applicant receiving notice of the hearing date under rule 32 of F6the 2013 Rules.
