(a)

in subsection (1)—

(i)

for “2 or 3” substitute “ 1 ”;

(ii)

in paragraph (a), omit “otherwise than by his act”;

(iii)

omit paragraphs (b) and (c);

(b)

in subsection (2)—

(i)

omit “, 2 or 3”;

(ii)

omit “otherwise than by his act”.
