1Fishing licences.

…F1, the provisions set out in Schedule 1 shall be substituted for the provisions of Part III of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 M1 (in this Act referred to as “the Act of 1966” ), ….

9Short title and citation.

(1)

This Act may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 1968, and may be cited—

(a)

together with the Act of 1966 as the Fisheries Acts (Northern Ireland) 1966 and 1968;

(b)

together with the Foyle Fisheries Acts (Northern Ireland) 1952 and 1962 as the Foyle Fisheries Acts (Northern Ireland) 1952 to 1968.
