Article 115 Requirements for firemen's outfits
(1)
In every vessel to which these Rules apply every fireman's outfit shall consist of:—
(a)
a breathing apparatus complying with the requirements set out in Schedule 23 to these Rules;
(b)
a portable self-contained electric battery-operated safety lamp capable of functioning efficiently for a period of at least three hours; and
(c)
a fireman's axe.
(2)
In every such vessel where two or more such outfits are provided they shall be kept in readily accessible and widely separated positions which are not likely to be cut off in the event of fire.
