Scotland

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), these Regulations apply to fodder plant seed of the species specified in Schedule 1, being seed intended to be used only for the production of agricultural or horticultural crops other than for ornamental purposes.

F1(2)

These Regulations do not apply to seed intended for export outside the United Kingdom (other than regulation 13A (certification and labelling for export)).
