Regulation 9 Amendment of Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations

In Schedule 6 (labelling requirements)–

(a)

in Part II–

(i)

paragraphs A and B shall be omitted; and

(ii)

for the words in the heading of paragraph D “Certified or Commercial Seed" there shall be substituted “Basic Seed, Certified Seed or Commercial Seed";

(b)

“Part IV" (Printing of specified matters on packages (whole-bag labelling)) shall be renumbered “Part V"; and

(c)

after Part III there shall be inserted–
