Section 121 Byelaws.
England and Wales
The confirming authority in respect of byelaws made under this Act F1by a local authority in England is the Secretary of State.
Subsection (1) does not apply to byelaws of a class prescribed by regulations under section 236A(1) of the Local Government Act 1972.
