Regulation 9 Enforcement
(1)
It is the duty of a food authority within its area and a port health authority within its district to enforce these Regulations.
(2)
A non-metropolitan district council for an area for which there is a county council may enforce these Regulations within its area in relation to—
(a)
Article 44(1)(a), as read with Articles 1(3), 6 and 9(1)(c) and the first subparagraph of Article 54(1) and regulation 5, and
(b)
regulation 5(3), (4) and (5).
