(b)

in paragraph (3)(e)—

(i)

for “the Annex to Directive 90/496” substitute “ point 1 of Part A of Annex XIII to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 ”; and

(ii)

for “relevant recommended daily allowance specified in that Annex” substitute “ relevant reference value specified in that point ”.
