Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Food Premises (Registration) Amendment Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 7th April 1997.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Food Premises (Registration) Regulations 1991f1.
