Article 14 Consequential modification to the Milk Bottles (Labelling and Cap Colour) (Scotland) Order 1976

In article 2(1) of the Milk Bottles (Labelling and Cap Colour) (Scotland) Order 1976^f1 for the definition of “special designation” there shall be substituted the following definition:–

• ““special designation” has the meaning assigned to it by article 3(1) of the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988;”.
