Article 13 Consequential modifications to the Milk and Dairies (Channel Islands and South Devon Milk) (Scotland) Regulations 1967

In regulation 2(1) of the Milk and Dairies (Channel Islands and South Devon Milk) (Scotland) Regulations 1967^f1–

(a)

for the definition of “the Act” there shall be substituted the following definition:–

““the Act” means the Food Safety Act 1990”; and

(b)

for the definition of “special designation” there shall be substituted the following definition:–

““special designation” has the meaning assigned to it by article 3(1) of the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988;”.

In regulation 3 of the said Regulations for the words “local authority” there shall be substituted the words “food authority”.
