Paragraph 12

In section 17 (enforcement of F1EU provisions)—

(a)

in subsection (1), for the word “them” there shall be substituted the word “ him ”; and

(b)

in subsection (2), for the words “their” and “they consider” there shall be substituted respectively the words “ his ” and “ he considers ”.
