Paragraph 18
In section 41 (power to require returns and other information from food authorities)—
(a)
before the words “such reports” there shall be inserted the words “ or to the Food Standards Agency ”; and
(b)
after the words “him” and “he” there shall be inserted the words “ or it ”.
