Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 18 and 21 of the Foreign Marriage Act 1892f1, as amended by sections 4(2) and 6 of the Foreign Marriage Act 1947f2, or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
