Regulation 9 Transmission and distribution losses etc

For the purposes of these Regulations, when calculating any quantity of electricity purchased or supplied by or otherwise attributed to licensed suppliers due allowance shall be made for any quantities of such electricity which are lost or consumed during its transmission and distribution.
