The Foyle, Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission, with the approval of the North/South Ministerial Council, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(1) and 14B(1)(b) of the Foyle Fisheries Act 1952f1 and sections 13(1) and 14B(1)(b) of the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1952f2 and now vested in itf3.
