On the registration of the society any appointment as trustee of the society or any branch of it shall determine.
All officers of the society other than its trustees shall upon its registration become officers of the F3society registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (the “new society”) holding corresponding offices in that society.
