Sch. 9 para. 22 repealed (1.12.2001, being the date on which 2000 c. 8, s. 19 comes into force) by S.I. 2001/2617, arts. 2(b), 13(1)(2), Sch. 3 Pt. I para. 50, Sch. 4 (with art. 13(3), Sch. 5); S.I. 2001/3538, art. 2(1) and it is provided that Sch. 9 para. 22 repealed (1.8.2014) by Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (c. 14), s. 154, Sch. 7 (with Sch. 5)
