Section 23J Right to address college meetingsF1
Where a regional strategic body is concerned about any matters relating to the financial support which any of its colleges receives (or might receive) from the body, a member of the body is entitled to—
(a)
attend any meeting of the college; and
(b)
address the meeting on those matters.
