(1)

The Bòrd may establish committees for or in connection with such of its functions as it may determine.

(2)

The Bòrd may appoint persons who are not members of the Bòrd to be members of a committee.

(3)

A person appointed under sub-paragraph (2) is not entitled to vote at meetings of the committee.
