Paragraph 13 I1
(1)
A permit shall lapse if the holder ceases to occupy the premises specified under paragraph 11(1)(b).
(2)
A permit shall not take effect if on the date specified under paragraph 11(1)(c) the person to whom the permit is issued is not an occupier of the premises specified under paragraph 11(1)(b).
