Paragraph 44 C1C2I1
As soon as is reasonably practicable after receipt of an application under paragraph 42 a local authority shall, subject to paragraphs 47 and 48—
enter the applicant, together with such information as may be prescribed, in a register kept by the authority for the purposes of this Part,
notify the applicant of his registration, and
notify the Commission of the registration.
