Paragraph 57 I1
(1)
The Secretary of State may by regulations impose a condition in relation to exempt lotteries requiring that tickets purchased be delivered to the purchaser by hand at the time of purchase and not by post.
(2)
Regulations under this paragraph may apply generally, only in relation to a specified class of lottery or only in specified circumstances.
