Paragraph 3 I1
The chairman—
(a)
shall hold and vacate office in accordance with the terms of his appointment (subject to this Schedule),
(b)
may resign by notice in writing to the Secretary of State, and
(c)
shall cease to be chairman if he ceases to be a commissioner.
