Section 361 Extent

England, Wales and Scotland

(1)

The following provisions of this Act extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland—

(a)

section 43,

(b)

F1...and

(c)

section 340 (and the related entry in Schedule 17).

(2)

The other provisions of this Act shall extend only to—

(a)

England and Wales, and

(b)

Scotland.

(3)

This section is subject to section 356.
