These Regulations may be cited as the Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

Save as provided in paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st October 2021.

Regulations 4(3), 22, 24 and 28, and Schedules 1 and 3, come into force on 6th April 2022.
