Northern Ireland

(1)

Any person guilty of an offence under this Act F1(except section 7AA) shall be liable, on summary conviction thereof,F2. . . to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale, or at the discretion of the court to imprisonment for any term not exceeding three months, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
