Rule 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Rules may be cited as the Gangmasters (Licensing Conditions) (Amendment) (Fees) Rules 2025 and come into force on 28th April 2025.

These Rules extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
