(1)
In subsection (2) of section 6 of that Act for the words “the Corporation by virtue of section 3(4)” there shall be substituted the words “any person by virtue of section 3(5)(a)”.
(2)
In subsection (3) of that section for the words “section 3(4)” there shall be substituted the words “section 3(5)(a)”.
